T. P. & N. are committed to providing its customers with products and services which comply in all respects to the specifications and orders which meet the needs and expectations of their customers.
The organisational goals are that quality shall be inherent in the products and services and that a policy of continuous improvement be maintained throughout the company.
All policies and procedures relevant to quality are authorised and maintained by the Management Team. These policies and procedures are designed to conform to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001, 2015. The quality procedures ensure that the Quality Policy Statement is communicated to all company personnel.
T. P. & N. only employ highly qualified and experienced engineers who continually receive in-house training to ensure and maintain standards. In addition, senior and specialist engineers attend relevant external training.
